REMOTE SUPPORT UTILITY

Please continue to use the normal remote support tool unless you are specifically asked to use this BETA version.  Using the BETA requires us to change settings on our side.

Before using the BETA utility please download the Ascertia Root Certificate:

 

Click on the image above and choose Open. 

The Certificate window will appear.  Choose Install Certificate.

The Certificate Import Wizard will appear.  Click Next.

Choose Automatically select the certificate store and click Next.

Click Finish. The certificate is now installed.

Click OK to close the dialog box.

After the certificate is installed, select one of the following ports:
